What we collect

When you request a System Check we store what you write: name, email, business name, the link you paste, city, type of business, what breaks today and your message. We also store the page you arrived from and any campaign parameters in the address, so we know how you found us, and a hashed version of your connection address to limit abuse; it cannot be reversed into your address.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in Deft OS, our own system, hosted on Cloudflare in the European Union region, under Deft Craft's account. Nobody else receives them. We do not sell, share or use the information for advertising.

Why

To reply to your request, to prepare the System Check and, if you ask for it, a proposal. Nothing else.

For how long

Requests that do not become a project are deleted twelve months after they are sent. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time by writing to the email below.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets one cookie to remember your language. Page views are counted on our own system without cookies, without your address and without any identifier: only the page, the referring site, the language and a coarse device type. There is no advertising pixel and no third-party analytics.

System demos

The demo businesses are fictional. Their forms, bookings and checkouts do not send or store anything.
